Our review article has been published in the Journal of Biochemistry, the international journal of the Japanese Biochemical Society.
Last year, we developed the SAIYAN system—a novel method for live imaging of small GTPase activation. This review focuses on the various techniques that have been used to measure small GTPase activation to date.
