荒川くんは、2023年4月より3年間当講座の助教として、大変活躍してくれました。荒川くんのおかげで、当講座に新しい実験技術のほか、試薬の管理などの良い方法も導入してくれました。4月からは、古巣の弘前大学森田英嗣先生のところにテニュアトラック助教として栄転されます。当講座での研究成果も早めに論文にしましょう。今後のご活躍を心よりお祈り致します！

Masashi has been a fantastic contributor to our lab over the past three years, since joining us in April 2023 as an Assistant Professor. Thanks to him, we were able to introduce new experimental techniques as well as improve how we manage reagents and lab workflows.　

Starting this April, he will be moving back to his home institution, Hirosaki University, to join Dr. Eiji Morita’s group as a tenure-track Assistant Professor, with a clear path toward an independent position—an exciting and well-deserved next step in his career.

Let’s make sure to wrap up and publish the great work accomplished during his time here as soon as possible. We sincerely wish Masashi all the best in his future endeavors!
